East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking On-Call Residential Case Managers, for our residential group to assist up to eleven (11) adult men and women living with serious and persistent behavioral health issues in our residential group homes in East Providence and Warren, RI. The Residential Case Managers have the opportunity to cover a variety of shifts (7:00 am to 3:00 pm, 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm, and/or 11:00 pm to 7:00 am) and duties will depend on particular shift covered.
On first and second shifts, the ideal candidates will provide a variety of services that educate, teach, supervise, assist, and encourage clients to attain the highest possible levels of independence and safety. The Residential Case Managers will coordinate clinical care of assigned clients with multi-disciplinary team and family members (if applicable) to ensure assessed needs are met.
On third shift, the ideal candidates will perform housekeeping duties and administrative tasks, as well as assist and redirect clients during the night as necessary. All shifts require the observation and recording of self-administration of medications; however, training will be provided to all new staff as necessary.
The Residential Community Specialist will have a minimum of a bachelor's in human services (or Associates Degree with direct experience OR several years of direct experience). This position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
