Residential Group Home Assistant

Location: Riverside, RI

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) has an immediate Full-Time, 30 hours per week from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm, opening for a Residential Group Home Assistant for our residential group home that serves up to eleven (11) adult men and women in East Providence, RI.

The Residential Group Home Assistant will support Residential Group Home Case Managers and Program Managers with administrative and clinical support tasks to ensure the efficient management of the residential program. The successful candidate will oversee and coach adult clients during household duties, meals, etc., and focus on treatment plan goals. In addition, may provide backup for other duties normally assigned to Residential Group Home Case Managers.

The Residential Group Home Assistant will have an Associate’s Degree in a Human Services field. The position schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM. All staff is expected to occasionally fill in on first, second, or third shifts to cover vacations, illnesses, and/or short-staffing at any of the Center’s residences. This position requires reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, CPR/FA/AED certification, and current automobile insurance.
