Community Support Program Manager

Community Support Program Manager - IHH Team

East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a full-time Community Support Program Manager to lead our Integrated Health Home (IHH) Team in our Behavioral Health Services Office in Barrington, RI.

Position Overview

As Program Manager, you will provide strategic leadership for a multidisciplinary team delivering intensive community-based services to adults living with severe and persistent mental illness or co-occurring disorders. You will oversee care coordination, treatment planning, and implementation of recovery-oriented services that improve clients' quality of life and independence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise clinical, case management, peer, nursing, and vocational staff
  • Develop comprehensive health services plans and lead treatment plan meetings
  • Monitor client progress and responses to health coordination/prevention activities
  • Provide constructive feedback on staff performance and professional development
  • Ensure compliance with BHDDH regulations and program standards
  • Collaborate with community partners to strengthen support networks
  • Implement evidence-based practices and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Human Services with LICSW or LMHC credentials
  • 3-5 years post-graduate clinical experience in rehabilitative mental health
  • 1-2 years of managerial and supervisory experience
  • Experience working with clients with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness
  • Experience with Co-occurring disorders and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)
  • Knowledge of BHDDH Regulations
  • Familiarity with RIACT2 regulations preferred
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
