East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking an experienced provider (MD, Nurse Practitioner, PA) to join our community health center team. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact while managing a diverse primary care panel with a focus on addiction and pain management.

Your Role

As a Deprescribing Provider, you'll provide comprehensive primary care while specializing in managing complex cases involving addiction and pain management. You'll implement consensual deprescribing approaches and legacy medication management as part of our innovative patient-centered deprescribing response to the opioid epidemic.

Ideal Qualifications

  • 5+ years of primary care experience
  • Specialized training or experience in addiction or pain management
  • Rhode Island Department of Health licensure
  • Experience with electronic medical records (NextGen training provided)
  • Strong collaborative skills for working in an integrated care model
  • Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered approaches
