What You'll Do (The Fun Stuff!):

• Create engaging experiences for K-8 students in before/afterschool programs, enrichment activities, and vacation camps
• Build positive relationships with students using supportive, encouraging approaches that help them thrive
• Welcome families and create a warm, inclusive environment where everyone feels valued
• Support student growth through hands-on activities, creative projects, and supervised play
• Collaborate with amazing colleagues to organize fun, educational activities and prepare engaging materials
• Make every day count by helping students with attendance, snack time, and smooth transitions

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has a high school diploma or equivalent (that's the baseline - we care more about your passion!)
Loves working with kids - either through formal training in child/youth development OR at least one year of hands-on experience with school-age children
Believes in positive approaches to behavior management and student support
Wants to grow - Associate degrees and/or Teacher Assistant Certification are great bonuses!
Has experience supporting children with diverse needs (we celebrate all learners!)
Speaks Spanish? We'd especially love to hear from bilingual candidates!
