**Job Summary:**
East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP) is seeking a compassionate and professional Medical Receptionist for their Behavioral Health Services office in Barrington, RI. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for greeting and checking in clients, scheduling appointments, answering inquiries, and maintaining patient confidentiality.

**Qualifications:**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Customer service experience with strong communication skills
- Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism
- Familiarity with medical records is beneficial

**Responsibilities:**
- Greet, check-in, and assist clients in a courteous manner
- Schedule appointments and update patient information accurately
- Handle phone calls and inquiries with empathy and efficiency
- Ensure the confidentiality of patient records
- Support with administrative duties as necessary
