East Bay Community Action Program (EBCAP)

EBCAP is seeking a Coordinator for our Congregate Nutrition Program, a key role that ensures older adults across the East Bay have consistent access to nutritious meals, safe and well-run community meal sites, and meaningful opportunities for connection.
This position combines program operations, community engagement, volunteer coordination, and day-to-day site support. It’s a strong fit for someone who is organized, dependable, and committed to delivering high-quality services to older adults.

You will work closely with volunteers, community partners, participants, and our caterer, ensuring each site provides a safe, welcoming, and consistent experience. This is a hands-on position that includes regular travel between meal sites.

Why This Role Matters
This position plays an essential part in ensuring that older adults receive not just nutritious meals, but a consistent, dignified, and welcoming experience at each community site.
